In order to confer the highest quality adult continuing education units (CEUs), The School of Global Citizenry, a program of Tumbuh Global, developed The Diamond Standard™ for CEU Certification. This research-based quality standard serves as a certification baseline for all of our instructors. 

Diamond Quality

The Diamond Standard™ is a research based quality standard for adult continuing education instructors and coursework.

Global Standard

This standard integrates the core concepts of global citizenship education (GCED) together with the existing CEU standards of prominent institutional bodies.

Comprehensive Training

This training covers 1) The Diamond Standard™ for CEU Certification, 2) what is required to be a qualified instructor, 3) what is considered qualified programming and evaluation 4) and how to calculate CEU hours and evaluate CEU coursework.

Teaching Opportunities

By completing the coursework required to receive a Certificate in CEU-Approved Instruction, learners may apply to become an instructor with The School of Global Citizenry and will have acquired the credentials needed for most other CEU conferring institutions.

CEU certification  is a pre-requisite for applying to teach with The School of Global Citizenry.
